how simple you made our move. We had a really bad experience
with North American Van Lines about five years ago so we were hesitant
to use any moving company. We were seriously considering
using U-Haul. Your affiliates in Utah and in Illinois both
dropped off and picked up the trucks at the times we asked for even
though we signed up about 8 days before our move began. It
was a relief that everything went on without a problem. In
the end we needed the entire truck, and your price was a great deal.
It made it economical and relieved us of the stress of having to
drive a truck on our own across country. We tell every one
of our friends that is planning on moving about our great experience
with your company.

This is a follow-up to our successful
move of our daughter's belongings from Omaha, Nebr. to Davis, California.
The move went very well. The pup was delivered to our house in Omaha
as promised on Friday, May 9th and was picked up promptly Monday morning,
May 12th for the move to California. During the week of transition,
I appreciated being able to track the consignment via the 800 telephone
number and the consignment code. When we arrived at Davis, California,
the pup was delivered at 8:30 Tuesday morning, May 20th. We had our
things unloaded by 1:00. I called the transport office to say the
pup was ready to be picked up, and it was picked up by 3:30. We appreciated
the prompt delivery and pickup, as we were dealing with a tight parking
area and didn't want to block traffic too long. The cost of Help-U-Move
was very comparable to U-Haul, without the hassle and time of driving
across country. We saved a week of vacation time by going with Help-U-Move.

address on file, as I have no hesitation about recommending your services
based on our experience.

This has certainly been the most eventful
moving experience I've ever had; but then, this is the first time
I've moved a family of five across the country. After checking out
prices of several types of moving services, we found your package
price to be the most economical.
We had no trouble with the truck, it arrived as planned on every occasion
(we even made mistakes by not calling in on time for both the full
load pick up and the full load delivery).

Thank you for making a 2600 mile journey
from Philadelphia to Tucson the least painful moving experience I
have had to date. I have actually had more problems and property damage
simply moving from one part of Philadelphia to another!
Both you and the staff at the terminals in Pennsylvania and Arizona
were responsive to my needs and concerns about the transport of my
belongings. The original transit time of 5 business days was met,
and everything arrived untouched and undamaged.
Before stumbling onto your Web site, I looked into the other options
for transporting my belongings. U-Haul and its competitors quoted
me at about $1400, not to mention the expenses that I would have incurred
on the road. Paying half of what I expected to by using Help-U-Move
was a surprise and a relief.
I recommend your service without reservation, and if there is another
move in my future, I would definitely call on you again.

We are in the military so we move often.
We tried the full service route, but ended up with things missing
and damaged. We tried the U-Haul route but then our family ended
up in 2 vehicles driving across the country which we did not like,
and we tried a self service move with a big trucking company but it
was too impersonal, they treated us like a number and were slow to
answer our questions. Then we found Help-U-Move, your staff
was friendly, courteous, and available when we needed. We will
definitely use Help-U-Move again and we are telling all of our friends

My cross-country move is now complete.
I have moved 11 times in as many years and have tried many different
methods, including rental trucks and just giving away everything that
would not fit in the back of my own small truck. Help-U-Move was far
and away the easiest, and short of giving away all my belonging the

San Francisco to New York City using Help-U-Move and wanted to thank
you for a great job. I was completely satisfied from start to finish
with the information and service provided. I was apprehensive at first,
not having had experience with your company but Keith was very helpful
explaning how the move worked and what to expect. Everyone that I
dealt with at Help-U-Move and the trucking company was very helpful,
friendly and professional. I was especially worried moving from a
large city with parking concerns but everything went very smoothly
thanks to the extra concern of everyone involved. I would highly recommend
this service to anyone who is moving and wants a cheaper and easier
alternative than renting a truck and driving yourself or using a very
expensive full service mover. If you don't mind doing the work yourself,
this is by far much cheaper and you don't have to drive the truck
yourself. I'll take less work and a lower price any day of the week.

| This is to notify you that the shipping
has been completed. Yesterday we took possession of the furniture
shipment. They came and picked up the empty trailer late last night.
Therefore, we are all done.
In the future, we would use your services again. Your bid was competitive
with other Freight Shipping Agents. As for as full service movers,
they were charging between 2 times and 2 1/2 times your rate. Even
U-Haul was about substantially more.
Prior to deciding to use Help-U-Move, we conducted a lot of research
on your company and others. We were moving antique furniture from
Louisiana to Washington -- all pieces were 50-75 years old and held
great personal value. For that reason, we did our research.
I am very happy to say that all went well during the move. The
truck arrived on time; no items suffered any damage; and, with the
money we saved using your service, we were able to pay for a professional
to refurbish our antique furniture.

my stuff to central Florida from Pennsylvania. Your expenses were
much cheaper than other methods (especially since my parents footed
the bill). The move was very convenient compared with those other
'move yourself' methods. And it was much less expensive than any professional
movers. I found that I enjoyed moving all my own belongings, and now
I know where EVERYTHING is! I also have everything organized as I
organized it and I have fewer boxes than I might with some moving
organization.
I moved in Mid-March and found things very simple.……….It
all worked out for the best, though and I did experience one of
the best moves of the last ten years, and that's saying something!

move from Buffalo to New Orleans went flawlessly thanks to Help-U-Move
and the prompt, courteous drivers. I found the whole process surprisingly
simple, and the "do-it-myself" elements (like loading and
constructing the bulkhead) were definitely worth it in terms of the
money I saved. I particularly liked being able to track my shipment
every day; it allowed me to schedule the trailer delivery at *my*
convenience. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a smoother move.

the beginning of June. I am just getting settled in our new home and

Hi Everyone!
As you may know, I just gave up my NYC apartment and moved everything
out to Seattle. The quotes I got from various moving companies and
even the do-it-yourself places like U-Haul, Ryder, etc. were ASTRNOMICAL
-- several thousand dollars. I then found, on the internet, a company
called Help-U-Move. WOW!! I really thought at the beginning that
it was too good to be true, a scam, or some combination of those.
But I was WRONG!
I want to let everyone know how completely impressed I have been
with their whole operation, and I recommend them heartily. Not only
did I receive everything out here in good shape and on time, but
it was really a pleasure to be able to know, EVERY TIME I CALLED
Help-U-Move or the trucking company, that I would speak to a real
human being rather than a voicemail system, that those human beings
would know exactly what they were talking about, and that things
would go exactly as I was told they would. Rare these days, and
I really, really appreciated it. Most unbelievably, the WHOLE THING
COST ME $900! We are amazed and know not what to say. Tell your
friends. Tell your enemies. This is a good thing, methinks.

Today I received my shipment. I was traveling from Dallas, TX to Bellevue,
WA, and my shipment was received in great condition. I have to say
I was a little (ok a lot) concerned about all my stuff being recieved
in good condition and on time. But, there was no need for my worries.
My shipment was received on time, and I was very excited that the
trailer was picked up on time, and that the trailer did not have to
stay at my new apt. complex over the weekend. Thank you so much for

I meant to send you this about six
months ago. I wanted to thank you for your business. Last September
I used your company to move my priceless belongings across country.
We moved from Chicago, Ill. To Phoenix , Arizona, something in which
we had never done before. There is so much to deal with in a long
distance move and you really place your life in the trust of strangers.
I remember saying to myself " if everything makes it through
the mountains and to my new house safely, Help-U-Move is going to
get the biggest recomendation." And to my surprise the truck
was on time and not one item on the truck had even chipped.
I wasn't the greatest packer, and the plywood wall I built didn't
give me a lot of faith, but I couldn't resist your prices. They were
so much lower than any other company. I want to thank you for not
being one of those companies that are so readily waiting to take the

i called 2 days before the moving date and you were extremely courteous
and helpful while trying to accommodate me in such a short time frame.
the truck arrived on time (just as you promised) and the driver was
nice enough to give me some suggestions on how to make the best of
the space i had. also, even though you had done more than enough already,
i called you from illinois
a tried to put a rush on the delivery date, and again you came through
and had the goods delivered a day earlier than you had to. again i
would like to thank you for your service and guarantee you that i

went.....Overall, things worked out well. My decision to move was
somewhat last-minute and I got pretty stressed trying to figure out
how in the world to do it. I found Help-U-Move online.... and, being
a poor college student, it was the most affordable way for me to get
from Chicago to Massachusetts. The rates and dimensions were easy
to understand and I appreciated the all-inclusive information that
was e-mailed to me when I first contacted you.
The truck driver in Chicago was totally helpful, and he arrived on
time which was crucial because my friends could only stay to help
for an hour. I would use Help-U-Move again (except that
I've vowed never to move again!), and I would recommend it to a
